By accessing or purchasing from Champs Space (operated by NavonUp, navonup.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not make a purchase.
🛒 Products & Purchases
All products sold on this store are digital downloads — PDF files and ZIP archives. No physical products are shipped.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) by default and may be shown in your local currency based on location detection
- All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes where required
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but prices at the time of your purchase are honoured
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay (India's leading payment gateway)
📥 Digital Downloads & Access
Upon successful payment:
- Download links are presented immediately on-screen
- A download link is also emailed to the address you provided at checkout
- Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase
- You may use the "Recover Downloads" page to request fresh links if yours expire
- Files may be downloaded for personal use only
It is your responsibility to save and store the downloaded files. We are not obligated to maintain your download access indefinitely, though we will make reasonable efforts to help if you have genuine access issues.
📜 Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase a product from Champs Space, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your household.
✅ You CAN
- ✓ Print the files as many times as you need for your children
- ✓ Use the materials for your own children or students in a personal capacity
- ✓ Print for multiple children in your own household
- ✓ Keep digital copies for your own personal archive
❌ You CANNOT
- ✗ Sell, resell, or redistribute the files in any form
- ✗ Share download links or files with others outside your household
- ✗ Use the materials for commercial purposes (e.g. in a tutoring business without permission)
- ✗ Remove branding, copyright notices, or watermarks
- ✗ Upload, post, or share the files online (e.g. Google Drive links, WhatsApp groups)
Violation of these licence terms may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.

We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase. Please see our full Refund Policy for details on how to request a refund, eligibility, and processing times.
In brief: email us at hello@navonup.com within 3 days of your purchase with your payment ID and we'll process your refund.

All content in our products — including illustrations, activity designs, layouts, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of NavonUp / Champs Space and is protected by copyright law.
The "Champs Space" name, logo, and brand identity are trademarks of NavonUp. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Our products are provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure quality and accuracy, we make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding:
- Educational outcomes or results for any individual child
- Compatibility with all printer models or paper types
- Uninterrupted access to download servers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NavonUp's liability in connection with any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
