Champs Space is a kids' education brand operated by NavonUp. We sell printable digital learning activity kits for children aged 3–7. Our store is located at navonup.com.
When we say "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we're referring to NavonUp and the Champs Space brand.

🤝 Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services that may process your data:
- Razorpay — Payment processing. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant and handles all card and UPI transactions. We never receive or store your payment credentials. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — Web hosting. Our website is hosted on Hostinger's servers in secure data centres.
- Google Fonts — Font delivery via CDN. Google may log requests per their own privacy policy.
🍪 Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies and browser storage:
- Session storage — Stores your countdown timer state so it persists during a browser session
- No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies
We don't use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
🔐 Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information:
- All data transmitted is encrypted via SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
- Download tokens are cryptographically signed with HMAC-SHA256
- Order logs are stored in a directory blocked from public web access
- We never store payment card details on our servers
📅 Data Retention
We retain your order information (name, email, payment ID, products purchased) for a minimum of 2 years to comply with Indian tax and accounting regulations. After this period, data may be securely deleted.
Download tokens expire after 7 days and become permanently invalid.
👨👩👧 Children's Privacy
While our products are designed for children aged 3–7, our store is intended to be used by parents and guardians — not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
