If you're not satisfied with your purchase, email us at hello@navonup.com within 3 days of your purchase date and we'll process your refund β no lengthy debates, no complicated process.
π Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure:
- You contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of your original purchase
- You provide your payment ID or the email address used at checkout
- You share a brief reason for your request (helps us improve our products)
We don't require you to prove technical issues or jump through hoops. If you're not happy, we want to know and we'll make it right.

π³ Refund Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed via Razorpay back to your original payment method:
- UPI / Bank Transfer: 5β7 business days
- Credit / Debit Card: 5β10 business days (depending on your bank)
- Net Banking: 5β7 business days
- Wallets: 1β3 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is initiated.
β Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to process refunds in the following cases:
- Requests made after 3 days from the purchase date
- If the digital files have been shared commercially or distributed to third parties
- Purchases made with promotional or discounted codes where the terms explicitly stated no refunds

Because our products are digital downloads (PDFs and ZIP files), they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, we still honour our 3-day refund policy because we stand behind the quality of our content and want you to feel safe purchasing.
